Assessing Cultural Fit

The CIE, in collaboration with the office of Employer Engagement and Career Design, is putting on a workshop to help you assess the cultural fit of a workplace. Job searching is a two-way street. Beyond researching a company to see if you are a good “fit” for them, it is important to understand that the employer matches your values and goals for a fulfilling career. In this workshop, you will learn how to identify organizational values, evaluate fit, and find spaces to discuss expressing your authentic self in the workplace. Join us in the CIE on February 24 from 5:30-6:30 for an interactive workshop with alums and staff!
