Building a Culture of Belonging

When: October 27-28, 2025

Where: Curry Student Center, Boston Campus & Virtual

Northeastern University is excited to host the Building a Culture of Belonging conference for faculty and staff on October 27-28, 2025. This conference will be held in a hybrid format, with both in-person and virtual opportunities. With this conference, we continue to collectively reimagine what it means to cultivate an inclusive community across the Northeastern University global university system.

Our diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives deepen understanding, challenge assumptions, and drive innovation. Building this community requires shared responsibility across all disciplines, roles, and identities—not just individual offices or departments.

Every community member plays a vital role in creating an environment where all can thrive by celebrating diverse viewpoints, listening actively, and ensuring everyone feels valued and empowered.
